【注意事項】

・MYV CREW会員様ご本人のみの参加とさせていただきます。いかなる理由でも、ご当選された会員ご本人以外はご参加いただけません。ご家族の名義・会員番号でご当選された場合も、ご参加いただけるのはご本人のみとなりますのでご注意ください。

・ご当選者様には、メールにて本イベント参加用URLを送付します。参加用URLを他者に共有した場合、当選が無効となります。

・ご当選者様がご加入している料金プランに応じたパケット通信料がかかります。

・通信費用はお客様負担となります。また、参加場所につきましても、ご自身で用意ください。

・Zoomにアクセスいただく端末は、事前受付〜イベントご参加まで同一端末のご使用をお願いいたします。

・Zoomをご利用いただくにあたっては、別途Zoomサービス利用規約が適用されます。本イベント参加中は、Zoom上で顔と名前が公開された状態となります。ご自身で責任をもって確認のうえ、ご利用ください。Zoomのご利用にあたり、発生した損害につきましてMYV CREWは一切の責任を負いかねます。

・可能な限り、パソコンでのご参加を推奨いたします。

・お客様の設定の不具合、不備により接続いただけなかった場合やイベントの途中で接続が切れてしまった場合、再接続等の対応はいたしかねますので、予めご了承ください。

・イベントの進行上、スタッフよりお電話にてご連絡させていただく場合がございます。

・お電話は非通知番号より差し上げる可能性がございますので、当日は非通知設定の解除をお願いいたします。

・イベントの様子を動画・静止画撮影させていただきます。素材は弊社があらゆる方法により使用をすることがありますので、予めご了承ください。

・撮影または録音機器の使用、イベントの妨げになる行為は固くお断りいたします。またスクリーンショット等での画面撮影も禁止といたします。発覚した場合は、内容を問わず全データを消去し、退出していただきます。

・指定の集合時間に、必ずご参加ください。イベントが進行しているため、途中入退場はできません。予めご了承ください。

・やむを得ぬ事情により、主催者側の判断でイベント内容が一部変更または中止となる場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

・その他お客様同士のトラブルには、MYV CREWは一切責任を負いかねます。

イベント参加にあたり、下記の行為が判明した場合、強制退出させていただきます。

・イベントの運営を妨げるような行為、またはそのおそれのある行為

・弊社、アーティスト及び他の参加者様の著作権、肖像権、その他知的財産権を侵害する行為、またはそのおそれのある行為

・弊社、アーティスト及び他の参加者様を差別、誹謗中傷、脅迫、あるいはプライバシー、人権等を侵害する行為、またはそのおそれのある行為

・弊社、アーティスト及びイベントの名誉・信用を傷付け、信頼を毀損する行為、またはそのおそれのある行為

・公序良俗に反する行為、犯罪行為、アーティスト・参加者様の心身に悪影響を及ぼす行為、またはそのおそれのある行為

・ご当選者様ご本人以外の方と参加する行為

・本イベントの録音及び録画行為

・スクリーンショットなどでの撮影行為

・本イベント参加に関わる画像・写真などの公開行為

・ご当選者様しか知り得ない情報を、ご家族や友人、他者等へ伝える行為

・その他法律、法令に反する行為、またはそのおそれのある行為

・その他MYV CREWが不適当、不適切と判断した行為

・Zoomの利用規約に違反する行為、またはそのおそれのある行為

【当日ご用意いただくもの】
当日下記2点が必要となります。参加日時までにお手元にご用意ください。

(1)ファンクラブ会員証

▼会員証がまだ届いていない方や紛失された方は、会員番号を控えたメモ等をご用意ください。

(2)ご本人様確認のための写真付き身分証明書

▼原則、写真付きの身分証明書(原本)をご用意ください。お持ちでない場合には保険証や住民票などお名前とご住所が確認できるもの(原本)を2点ご用意ください。

※コピーや画像や、有効期限が切れているものは不可とさせていただきます。
→写真付きの身分証明書の場合(1点持参)
運転免許証、パスポート、住民基本台帳カード(写真と本人の住所が確認できるもののみ)、学生証など
→写真付きの身分証明書がない場合(2点持参)
保険証、住民票、銀行カードやクレジットカードなど

※場合によっては、複数点確認させていただく場合がありますので、ご了承ください。

※いかなる理由があっても、ご本人様確認ができない場合は参加をお断りいたします。

〈注意〉

・当日の予定が曖昧な方、欠席が予想される方の応募、興味本位な応募等は固くお断りいたします。なお、いかなる理由があっても、応募された会員の方(ご本人)以外は受付できませんので、予めご了承ください。

■会員名義・個人情報の取扱いについて■

*Those who become fan club members (=make a payment) before 10:00 on 6/22 (Tue.) will receive their membership number before 18:00 on 6/22 (Tue.).

【Important Points】

・Only the MYV CREW members themselves can participate in this event. Regardless of reasons, only the winners themselves are allowed to participate. Please note that even if you win using the name and membership number of your family member, the one who can participate in the event is the winner himself/herself only.

・We will send the URL for participation in this event to winners via email. If you share this URL for participation with others, your winning will become invalid.

・Packet communication charges will be incurred according to the rate plan that the winner is using.

・Communication charges should be borne by the participant. Also, please arrange a place from where you participate in the event by yourself.

・Please access Zoom from the same device during the whole event from reception to the end of the event.

・Zoom’s Terms of Service will apply when using Zoom. When you participate in this event, your face and name will be visible on Zoom. Please take personal responsibility for using Zoom after reading the terms. MYV CREW will not be responsible for any damage caused when using Zoom.

・We recommend you to use a PC if possible.

・Please note that we will not reconnect to you if you are unable to connect due to any setting problems, or if the connection is lost during the event.

・Depending on the progress of the event, the staff may contact you by phone.

・The staff may call you from a withheld number, so please turn off the settings for withheld numbers on the event day.

・We will take videos and stills of the event. Please note that we may use this material at our discretion.

・It is strictly prohibited to use filming and recording equipment, or to do something that may interfere with the event. It is also prohibited to take screenshots. If we discover such actions, all data will be deleted regardless of the content and you will be asked to leave.

・Please be sure to join us at the designated time. Once the event starts, you will not be able to join or leave on the way.

・Please note that the content of the event may be partially changed or the event itself may be canceled at the discretion of the organizer due to unavoidable circumstances.

・MYV CREW will not be responsible for any troubles between the participants.

If we find you engaging in the following acts when participating in the event, we will make you leave.

・Acts that interfere or may interfere with the operation of the event

・Acts that infringe or may infringe the copyrights, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights of our company, artists and other participants

・Acts of discrimination, slander, intimidation of our company, artists and other participants as well as acts that infringe or may infringe on privacy, human rights, etc.

・Acts that violate public order and morality, criminal acts, acts that adversely affect or may affect the artists and participants mentally and physically

・Participating together with other people

・Recording and filming the event

・Taking screenshots and photos

【Things to prepare on the event day】
You need the following 2 items on the event day. Have them with you to participating in the event.

(1) Fan club membership card

▼ If you have not received your membership card or have lost it, please prepare a memo with your membership number.

(2) ID with photo to verify your identity

▼In general, an ID with photo (original) is required. If you do not have one, please prepare two documents (originals) that can confirm your name and address, such as insurance card or residence certificate.

*Copies, photos and expired documents are not accepted.
→If you have an ID with photo (1 document)
Driver's license, passport, basic resident registration card (only those types with your photo and address), student ID, etc.
→If you don’t have an ID with photo (2 documents)

*Please note that in some cases, we may check more than one document.

*Regardless of reasons, if we cannot confirm your identity, we will refuse your participation.

〈Notice〉

・Please don’t apply if your plans on the event day are uncertain, you may be absent, or you want to make application just out of curiosity. Please note that regardless of reasons, only the member (the person himself / herself) who makes application can participate in the event.

・Apply only if you can really participate in the event and will follow the rules.

・If you cancel your application or is absent from the event after winning, you will not be able to participate in future events.

・This event will be managed by Japanese staff. Please note that reception and other procedures are in Japanese only.

■About handling of member’s names and personal information■
Please refrain from allowing others to apply for the event in your name.
Also, please refrain from giving your membership card or ID (including copies and photos) to a third party.
Especially, if you lend your ID to strangers on SNS sites, there is a possibility of getting into trouble. In that case, please note that the fan club will not bear any responsibility.
